Roxanne, holds a Masters in Accountancy from ACCA and Professional Award in Taxation – MQF Level 6 Degree from the Malta Institute of Taxation. She has successfully completed the Introduction to the Virtual Financial Assets Act examination in September 2018 at the University of Malta. Becoming a warranted accountant in October 2019, and fluent in Maltese and English, Roxanne has been a valuable member of our accounting, corporate & tax team since then as Accounting & Tax Manager.

          Since 2018 she has worked on our international corpotate team, assisting clients to use their Malta holding and trading platforms to integrate a variety of international business ranging from Pharma to Maritime and FINTECH; focused on client and project management, accounting and tax advice. Drawing on significant experience in Malta and international taxation, and forming part of a legal, finance & tax multi-dsicoplinary team, Roxanne brings a practical & tech-oriented approach to Client & Board support, thinking beyond the immediate and adding value in terms of aligning corproate development / succession or continuity planning, to the specific exit or private equity strategies most suited to the project’s worth as a going concern and appropriate next level transition.  

International Tax & GGI Focus

          Working primarily in accounting and taxation of multi-jurisdictional transactions, Roxanne has been an active participant in GGI events for several years attending the GGI Nordic-Baltic Meeting & EasyMeet held in Sweden and the GGI European Regional conference in Malta of April, along with other online GGI events.

She has built a strong network of valuable peers and relationships with GGI colleagues, enjoying the unique benefits of GGI’s sophisticated global blend of multiple cultures and disciplines, accordingly enhancing her capacity to assist clients with DAL’s hallmark global mindset & local assuredness.
