Paul Psaila is a highly accomplished finance professional bringing multi-disciplinary leadership to DAL as our Senior Accounting & Tax Manager. His broad academic foundation includes a Masters in Accountancy (ACCA) and a Professional Award in Taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation, building upon a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking & Finance, and Management.

With a career anchored by sixteen years in the banking sector, Paul developed a deep-rooted understanding of institutional finance. He has played a pivotal role in management accounting and the deployment of bespoke banking software and payment systems. This unique intersection of finance and technology grants him the practical versatility required to navigate the complex regulatory environments of multi-jurisdictional operations, and asset our clients to build a unique Malta-International tech value, enabling the Malta holding operation to function as a group integrator, brand building via integration of client unique qualities with our tailored compliance & tech framework.

Beyond the banking world, Paul manages a diverse corporate portfolio spanning Pharma, investment and property sectors, as well as tech start-ups.
