Advocate Matthew Cassar graduated as Doctor of Law, from the University of Malta in 2005, and obtained his warrant in March 2006 to practice in the Superior Courts. On graduating, Dr Cassar joined the Government Lands Authority, which administers public land, where he garnered valuable expertise in policy administration and inter-departmental co-ordination.

          Since 2017 he has been focused entirely on the unique Malta residency and citizenship programmes, which since inception became leaders in class. In parallel; Matthew has built an impressive track record thanks to his perfectionist attitude to detail; that is much appreciated by the relevant authorities in an area saturated by non-experts often providing only part of a necessarily comprehensive solution.
