Emanuele, originally from Italy, started his career in marketing and tech with Italian multinationals before relocating to Malta in 2009. After years of concentrating on the iGaming and Corporate Management sectors, he has successfully developed a strong framework for providing clients with both local and international advisory services, as well as corporate and regulatory support. Today, he leads DAL’s international business brokerage team.

                      Having managed the growth of a variety of international clients for several years, ranging from acquiring Italian brands to Dubai real estate, Emmanuele now leverages his entrepreneurial experience and expertise to assist clients secure the most suitable business and international support partners and investors. In parallel, he uses his experience in business brokerage, to assist start-ups and successful businesses safely transition to next level growth, whether independently or via the right joint venture, investor, and tailored corporate infrastructure within or outside Europe.

                    Such support is powered by an experienced, multi-disciplinary DAL team, enabling Emanuele to enhance his proactive can-do approch with the key legal, compliance, governance, and banking expertise necessary for providing comprehensive client assistance and effectively closing deals. He adeptly maneuvers through a challenging regulatory landscape marked by increasing global volatility and rigorous AML and sanctions demands.

              From a client business development perspective, Emanuele leverages his extensive knowledge and connections in Europe and the Middle East maintaining know-how & know-who to assist clients on both the buying and selling sides, drawing on his established network of private equity clients and opportunities. His strong sense of commitment and responsibility drives him to travel frequently with clients, to personally ensure the quality of implementation and addressing any challenges that arise, providing on-site reassurance and and problem solving, whenever on-site reassurance and follow through is appropriate.
